ADDICT FIT  RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start A Return?

You can start a return by clicking the link  Start A Return  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items used in the gym or worn several times. Items with make-up, perfume, cologne smell, or odor. If you have any other concerns, please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • General Wear & Tear (Ripping, Tearing or Stretching)
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing
  • Stains and holes caused by incorrect misuse
  • Scent (Perfume, Body Oder, Cigaretts, Etc.)
  • Pet Hair
  • Any sort of alterations

Gift Cards/ Clearance Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Non-Returnable Accessories

Socks, tights, undergarments,  shaker cups, water bottles, and mask are non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons.

Store Credit: Your store credit doesn't expire with us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The standard time frame to receive your refund can take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. 

Domestic Returns

We'e accept all returns from all of our Addict Fit returning customers. We will happily cover the cost of the returns of the shipping if your looking to return or get store credit. However, if you're looking for a refund, we will subtract $10.00 to help with the shipping cost.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we can only accept refunds and store credit for all international orders. This is something we're currently working on and will update you when things has changed in the near future. 

We can't offer free international returns at the moment. All international return shipping fee's will have to be covered by you. (Please note that we don't refund you the shipping fee once we receive your item)

It's very important to get a tracking number when return your item, so that it's trackable. Accidents happens while in transit and we want to make sure we receive your package. Please be sure to include your order number, (First, Last Name, Email, and Address) on the shipping label. 

Faulty Items

 We understand that faulty items might slip through out warehouse because we deal with some much volume packages from our suppliers. Unfortunately, sometimes our items are not 100% and can slip through, but don't worry, we got your back! If you think you might of received a faulty item, please email our service team at  (contact@addictfit.com).

  3. A clear photo of the faulty item (don't forget to show the "Addict Fit" logo, so we know it's our product).
